Russell Baughcum - CEO/President
Rusty has over 17 years experience in the IT Industry. His IT experience started in the USAF. Rusty served in the Gulf War where he was responsible for building a World Wide Air Control System to manage flight operations. After leaving the AF Rusty returned home to Atlanta and continued his IT career with some of the leading IT companies in Atlanta such as Alltel, Medaphis, Bellsouth, HP, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Compaq.
Dianne Baughcum - CFO/Vice President
Dianne has 10 years experience in the IT Industry. Her IT experience started while she was working at Alltel. Dianne started out at Alltel in the Finance department, but later moved into the IT department, building and supporting MS Access databases. Dianne also has experience with MS SQL Server and web site development.
Ashley Myers - VP of Desktop Services
Ashley graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996 with a degree in molecular biology, and spent about 7 years doing research & development for corporate-America. His IT experience however began much earlier, being an enthusiast/hobbyist since the age of about 12, and in 2003 made a career move to the IT industry. In support of other academic and career endeavors Ashley has been building PCs and networks for specialty requirements in business and laboratory environments for over 10 years, for such applications as laboratory information management and digital microscopic imaging. Ashley also has experience in web development and network design, and as a Microsoft Certified Professional has continued his training and expansion of IT competencies.
Clem Clemmons - Field Services Technician
Clem grew up in north Atlanta and went to Colorado State University in 1989. In 1994 he worked for American Amusements Inc. repairing video arcade machines. That quickly led to working on personal computers, which is his passion to this day. He got his A+ and MCP certifications in 2001. Clem spent 5 years at Primerica Financial Services where he worked in a software development environment troubleshooting hardware and software on PC's and handheld devices. He also spent the last few years custom building computers for small businesses and gamers, on his own time.
Dean Kepner - Field Services Technician
Dean went to college at Miller-Motte Technical College in Wilmington, N.C. He studied Computer Systems Network Administration. Dean has been building computers for himself and friends since 2000. Dean was responsible for building custom computers while working for a computer company in N.C. Dean has his A+, Net+, MCP for Windows XP, and MCSA Server 2003 certifications.
Stephen Lee - Field Services Technician
Ron Moore - Bench Technician
Ron graduated from Lanier Technical College in 2005 with a degree in Networking, and in 2006 with a degree in Microcomputers. He also holds 3 technical certificates from Lanier Tech, along with A+ and ACP certifications. During college he was self employed as a computer repair technician to help pay his way through college. Shortly after graduating, Ron returned to Lanier Technical College as an adjunct instructor for the Computer Information System department where he taught class in A+, Microsoft operating systems, and program logic design. All combined Ron brings 5 years of computer related experience to the team.
