Instructions to Initiate Connection:
1. Click on the "Connect to Support Tech #" link that the technician has instructed you to click.
2. Either save or run the Support#.exe file
3. When prompted, enter your name and email address, and then you can initiate the connection
4. Once you have started the connection, the technician will receive a notification window that is a request for connection from your computer. Once the technician accepts it, he will be able to control your PC's desktop.
5. When your support session is completed, Close the session with the toolbar button at the top of the remote support session.
